Our Founder & CEO Chloé Miller started AND, SWIPE RIGHT originally as a dating profile creative service - in other words, she wanted to help women and men present themself online in attractive profiles. Her background in celebrity talent management and the Advertising industry has shaped her ability to translate people into pictures and words while matchmaking online partnerships. Working with Feature Film directors and Commercial Film directors/photographers and creating harmonious relationships with Fortune 500 brands and Advertising agencies, Chloé analyzed personalized and matched creative ideas with the people who would best solve those creative challenges. She’s a creative curator with a refined eye for creating and presenting eye-catching content.
Now after co-founding a representation agency - Miller + Miller - and managing the careers of over 60+ directors, photographers, and multi-disciplined creative artists for the past 5 years, Chloé recognized that her intuitive understanding of people and psychology on top of her professional experience could help women and men find love if they presented themself more attractively.
Intuitively, Chloé has a deep grasp on psychology and her passions have led her to further her education in the Humanistic Psychological field with Positive Psychology and Transpersonal Psychology. Combining Psychology, creative skills, her professional experience, and a little bit of humor she picked up from her time performing Improv at The Second City - Chloé created AND, SWIPE RIGHT. The evolution of AND, SWIPE RIGHT includes date coaching services and private consulting to help single women and men understand how they can make stronger (digital) first impressions and show up more accurately on their online & in-person dates.
It’s a fact that pretty people get more attention but when you’re introducing yourself online - you have more opportunities to elevate your first impression if you capitalize on strategies that work to your advantage. We believe in accurate representation because - quite frankly - if you’re misleading someone online it’s only a matter of time before the truth comes out and that type of betrayal cuts deep, there’s no room to reconcile. Chloé works closely with her clients to create a dating profile that will motivate the viewer for that right swipe.

Chloé intuitively understands the dynamics of people, her proficiency with words and effective communication is thanks to her Undergraduate degree in Journalism from The University of Iowa but her Master’s Degree in Transpersonal Psychology from Naropa University (expected 2023) is what positions her to offer strategic relationship advice. Building upon her professional coaching experience from her talent management career, Chloé has been working closely with people coaching and consulting on major people-centric situations, and her advice is rooted in her ability to empathize and see all perspectives for each individual.
